Key Companionway, LLC basic services can be used with just a simple flat fee no membership fees or concierge accounts required. These are “pay as you go” services. No concierge Account or membership discounts are applied with these services and a minimum of 1 hour for services will be applied.
Service Rates
Our services are based on a fixed-fee, depending on the particular task. A specific hourly rate or is provided when booking the service.
Retainers may be required for larger projects or purchases.
Ask about participation in our VIP Concierge program and its many benefits and savings.
Concierge Account Style
Members open a Concierge Account and retain a minimum balance of $100. This account will be used to pay for all services and related fees. Frequency of use directly relates to how much you will be asked to keep in your account monthly. Members who choose to maintain a Concierge Account will receive a 10% discount on most services!
If you wish to pay via your concierge account Key Companionway, LLC will pay for the service in cash which will then be deducted from your account. If you wish to pay via credit/debit card then we will be happy to keep your credit card information on file and will only charge your account when ever you authorize us to.
Monthly balances in your account roll over each month. Concierge Accounts are never forfeited!!
VIP Membership Fees
Members open a VIP Concierge Account and retain a minimum balance of $500. Key Companionway, LLC membership fees are based on the percentage of projected hours of services required per month. Clients will be charged just as they would with a Concierge Account and a small percentage of your account applied to your fees at the beginning of each month. There is one time administrative fee when your VIP Membership Account is opened; this is to cover the administrative costs of setting you up in our VIP Members Database to allow us to provide you with personalized services based on your personal preferences, tastes, instructions and needs. All this information goes into your confidential VIP record in our database to help us help you!
Membership Conveniences
Your VIP Membership will renew itself each month. All we need is a credit or debit card and we will take care of the rest.
Payment Types & Terms
We accept Cash, Checks, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee and any additional charged incurred by Key Companionway, LLC to collect. All Errand and Shopping Services are pre-paid or a deposit requested unless prior arrangements have been made.
Prices do not include the cost of actual services or purchases, for example, the cost of the groceries, dry cleaning, movie rentals and the like. Key Companionway, LLC does NOT add on to actual pricing, clients pay only the actual cost of items purchased and our service fees. Receipts will always be provided.

Requests for service can be made via our website, e-mail, telephone or fax.
Concierge Account Refunds
If an account is cancelled any remaining balance, less any outstanding charges or fees, will be refunded within 60 days of cancellation.
Service Agreement
Key Companionway, LLC does not require any long term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time with out worry. VIP Memberships will automatically renew each month on to your pre-approved debit or credit card. Memberships can be put on hold, adjusted or cancelled at any time. Your Concierge Account balance will remain here and monthly renewals will stop until you’re ready. We only ask that you provide us with 30 days notice
Refunds
If an account is cancelled any remaining balance, less any outstanding charges or fees, will be refunded within 60 days of cancellation. If you just want to cancel your VIP Membership you can keep your Concierge Account open and use it accordingly. If you decided to reactivate your VIP Membership within 60 days of canceling no additional fees are charged.
Service Hours
Normal business hours are 8:00am until 5:00pm Monday through Fridays (excluding some national holidays). On Saturday we are open by appointment only. We will accommodate clients requiring emergency errands and after hours when ever possible, additional charges may apply.
